Before sending us a message check out our frequently asked questions below. We have done our best to cover some of the most common questions in order to save you time and hassle.

How does it work?

We are a mobile car care service! This means we send our professional detailers to your location, whether you're at home, work, or pretty much anywhere. All you have to do is book your appointment with the service you would like to have completed, and we send our team members to complete the service on the given date and time. Our team members will notify you when they arrive. When they finish they will notify you that your vehicle is done and return your keys or take payments as necessary. This allows you to spend just a couple minutes booking your appointment, then we take care of the rest!

Where can you operate?

We are 100% self-supplied with power and water. This allows us to send our mobile units anywhere, whether it's your home, apartment, work place, etc. In areas that do not allow services with water run-off, we are able to adapt our process to utilize water-less solutions in order to adhere to strict usage rules and regulations. We currently operate in the Greater Orlando area. We can make exceptions for clients further than our normal range, just contact us for details!

How soon can you complete a service?

We are available Monday - Saturday from 8am to 6pm. Appointments can be set within as little as two hours. To set your appointment, navigate to our Book Now page.

How can you prepare for your service?

We recommend taking all of your personal belongings out of the vehicle before our arrival so that our team members are able to focus on cleaning during your service. Our detailers will not be held responsible for missing or damaged items and will not be expected to move items to complete service.

Please park your vehicle in an area with shade if possible. Also, please ensure that there is enough space on all sides of the vehicle so that the doors can be fully opened.

Can you remove stains from my interior?

Yes, we are able to remove the high majority of stains from spills to dirt, grime, and grease stains on all sorts of surfaces including carpet, cloth, leather, and vinyl. We use non-abrasive methods first then work towards hot water extraction if needed to ensure that we clean your vehicle using the safest means available. Our Interior Full Detail service can be added to either packages and is a comprehensive full detail on the interior including shampooing and extracting all seats, carpet, mats, and headliner.

What kinds of Payments do you accept?

The first way to pay is through our website. You will have the option to pay for your service ahead of time when setting your appointment. You may also pay at any time by clicking the "Pay/Change/Cancel" button in your confirmation email. In addition, we accept debit/credit card or check payments at the end of your service, which can be handled by your detailer.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are licensed to operate our business in the state of Florida and we have full insurance coverage in case of emergency.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?

You can edit, reschedule, or cancel your appointment at any time prior to 24 hours before your appointment start time. We charge a 50% cancellation fee if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the start time.
